We use Australia Post to deliver all of our orders. You should receive your order within 2-3 working days from the purchase date. This will depend on where you live in Australia.
We update our site daily to assure that the product you want is always available. If on occasion the item you have selected becomes sold out before we have time to remove it we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to be given a full refund or request that we attempt to re-order the item for you. If this is possible we will advise you of the new delivery timeframe.
We understand that although it is rare the occasional loss or damage of items may occur; if this does happen we will take responsibility and promptly replace the goods.
