Returns and Exchanges

At Yeltuor we want your shopping experience to be happy and stress free! We realise that you have purchased without the opportunity to try the garment on. That said if you feel that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you do have the option of exchanging it for another item, or to a full refund. You will need to make this clear to us within one week of the purchase date.

With every purchase we will send you a customer satisfaction form that gives you the chance to rate and comment on your Yeltuor shopping experience. The form also contains easy to follow instructions for returning your item. We ask that you post the item registered to ensure that it gets back to us safely. It is your responsibility to pay for posting the item back to us, and we will not charge a fee for posting your replacement item.

All clothes that are posted back for exchange must not have been worn or damaged and labels must still be attached to the garment. Please use appropriate packaging to ensure no damage occurs in return transit.

If you receive a damaged product please contact our customer service line immediately on (03) 6331 2209 and we will arrange a replacement item to be sent to you and also arrange the return of the faulty product at our expense. If you prefer you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
