STANDARD SHIPPING: FREE delivery anywhere in Australia on orders over $100

  • Tasmanian orders take 1-3 days to be delivered with regular post. 

How much does delivery cost?

All deliveries from Yeltuor are shipped with Australia Post FREE of charge on orders over $100. Express Post is available for $15, but please allow 1-3 business days of handling time before your item is shipped. If you live in a regional area and need your item ASAP, please contact our contact our Customer Service team to check delivery time. 

How long does delivery take?

Regular Post will take up to 7 days and Express Post takes up to 3 days to regional areas.  

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please note, any delays incurred by Australia Post is at their discretion and not at the discretion of Yeltuor, however if you contact our Customer Service team, we will do our best to resolve these issues through Australia Post on your behalf. 

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, Yeltuor is happy to deliver to your work address, just be sure to put as much information as possible in your address details, so your purchases don't go astray!

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, Yeltuor can deliver to PO boxes, no problem.

Do I need to sign for deliveries?

We offer signature on delivery for parcels to street addresses and if no-one is home the customer needs to pick up from their nearest post office.

I have received a faulty item, what should I do?

If you have received an item from Yeltuor with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team so they can help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do deliver to international destinations. There will be a flat rate charged of AUD$30.00. Delivery time will be dependent on your country's postal network.
