That's why we're all about making your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. You’ll find everything you need to know about our online and in store returns policy below. Online returns
Please ensure all items are unworn and unused with the original tags still attached and returned within 30 days of purchase.
You can create a return using the slip found in your order or by using our Returns Form
To return an item for exchange or refund please follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Download our Returns Form.
- Step 2: Complete returns form specifying whether you would like to receive a refund or make an exchange.
- Step 3: Email returns form to customerservice@yeltuor.com.au or print and include it in your returns package.

IMPORTANT: If you are emailing the Returns Form back to us, please leave a note inside your package with your full name and order number. This will help us identify your return when it arrives.
What is your returns policy for online purchases?
Our returns policy is straightforward; just remember that item(s) must be:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase if purchased online and returning via post.
- Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
- In the original packaging, which must be in the original condition.
- Please note: We cannot accept returns for jewellery, underwear or evening wear.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning items to Yeltuor. However, we will not charge you when we send any standard exchanged items back to you.
Do you return sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items purchased online, however all items reduced by 70% or more are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How long do refunds for online purchases take to process?
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your item at our warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete.
How do you process refunds for online purchases?
Your refund will be credited into the same account from which your payment was made.
What happens if my item is faulty?
If you have received an item from Yeltuor with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team so they can help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
I received an item I didn't order, what should I do now?
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, contact our Customer Service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
What if my exchange costs less or more than the purchase price?
If the item(s) you are exchanging for cost less or more than the purchase price of the original item, we will either refund or charge you the difference. If you need help making an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I return online purchases in store?
Yes, online purchases can be refunded or exchanged in store within 30 days of purchase. Please bring proof of purchase with you and ensure item(s) comply with our returns policy. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be processed.
In store returns
Items purchased in-store and returned in original condition (with tags attached) may be exchanged for a new item or store credit within 7 days. This excludes: sale items, accessories, underwear and evening wear. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. We will happily exchange, credit or refund any faulty items according to manufacturer’s conditions. Proof of purchase must accompany any return.
